hi, can I send a notification in another way, such as whatsapp when a message arrives, such as when a notification arrives on whatsapp, if the application remains open in the background or otherwise ---

If I understand you right, you want your app to be aware of a chat arrives to your WhatsApp. If this is the case, you need to register for WhatApp API and learn how to manage `WhatsApp bot`. ---
