# Selected date - passed or not?

Friends, please tell me - is it possible to somehow implement the check: The selected date - passed or not

Those. the person in the date module selects a number, and if this number has already passed, we display a notification.  
But I can’t figure out how to implement this check ☹

Hello @lavrynenko  
One way is to construct the date as YYYYMMDD and also construct todays date the same and compare them together.
