# Screen designer not working with MS Edge \[Aug 2022\]

It looks like that since the last UI roll out that the Designer no longer works with MS Edge ?  
I can’t drag a component (eg: button) onto the page anymore.  
Chrome does work however.  
Please advise.

Hi @tonyb2

We recommend using chrome or another chrome-based browser. Using one of those should give you the best results. If you’re on a Mac you could try using Safari.

ok thanks, using Chrome now - other than that cache problem.  
Was there a release recently that “broke” Edge? It was working fine.

There are some things that are optimized for chrome/safari. There might have been an update with Thunkable, but it’s more likely there was an update in Edge.
