How do I rotate an image sprite in Thunkable X (in the design view)?

If you Google _rotate sprite Thunkable_, you’ll find info about setting a sprite’s angle.

All I had to do was spin the top square around!

This can be a future reference to people who may also be wondering how to rotate a sprite.

I must say that your question was not clear. Just as @tatiang assumed you are looking for ways how to rotate the sprite by code I assumed the same. Now that you answered yourself it is apparent that you were referring to rotating at design time.
