# \[Resolved\] Help- Was logged out of Thunkable and projects are gone

I was just logged out of Thunkable Pro and when I returned, all of my projects were gone. I also no longer see the Pro logo. [@Thunkable\_Staff](https://community.thunkable.com/groups/thunkable_staff)

A couple of silly questions - are you sure you logged into the correct account? Has your Pro membership expired?

Yes, I’m using the correct e-mail address. Also, I have receipts saying my Pro plan has been paid for the month and will renew next month.
