Yes, but we’re talking about Thunkable X, and not Thunkable Android where it possible.

I have an Offline page in Web viewer in which I have a hyperlink to visit Wikipedia. I have a button on the screen which aim to return to that offline page. I have set the URL to the offline page. But clicking it is not returning the page to offline page.
