Rating Extension Request

Hello fellow developers,

Can we have an extenstion that asks the user to rate the app in google play in a dialog. Would be nice if it contains stars along with the button. We can decide how often the dialog prompts if the user hasn’t rated the app yet. Something similar to this:

There is another rating bar extension but only it can set in horizontal or vertical arrangement.
