Hello there - The above post that was ongoing for years just faded out and was surprisingly closed without any date or solution in sight. Come on guys/girls you can do better.

I can’t speak to the issue back then, but shadows should be working now.
Raised shouldn’t be used (working on getting our engineering team to remove this in the near future hopefully). Shadows is just a better raised and has more options. It’s a little more setup than raised, but that’s the only con. If shadows isn’t working, let me know.
