# Publishing & Active subscription

since the new changes i cant find the right timely info

do I need an active Builder plan or Advanced for my app to stay accessible on the Apple store  
can I change active app

Hi @Van_antics,  
Yes, you will need to maintain an active Thunkable subscription for your apps to stay on the app store without interruption.

There is more info here in the FAQ that was emailed to all users when the new plans were announced.

so would Thunkable delist my app from google play and Apple Store if I stop paying for the builder plan

We would not delist the app, an error message would be displayed to end users if your subscription downgrades to the Free plan.

I struggle to see what services Thunkable provides after the APP is created. Uploaded to stores  
Could you please kindly give me a breakdown or a explanation to why Thunkable dose this?

Thunkable is proprietary software that allows you to build and maintain mobile apps without needing to actually write out the code. For that reason, you must maintain an active subscription if you wish to publish and maintain your app to the web, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store.
