Hello, my app works fine on android but on iOS it doesn’t seem to work. It downloads but when opening the screen starts and screen open does not work I have the impression (leaving the screen blank)

Hello,  
Is the app crashing or is it staying open but blank? What is the opening screen supposed to do? Could you send us some screenshots of the app and or the blocks.
