# Problem getting row object in loop

Because the Get Value block is not reliable, I’m using a Get Row Object block to retrieve data from a Google Sheet.

That works if it’s a standalone block to display a property from the row object. But if I add a loop, it hangs during the loop. It doesn’t get past the `set app variable row object to` block.

It seems like this might have something to do with the problems getting data from Google Sheets:

The “list of values” blocks do provide a workaround:
