# Please help me, the compass pointer doesn't match reality. I did something wrong in the code. I face north but The needle points west

Please help me, the compass pointer doesn’t match reality. I did something wrong in the code.

Hello @boriboon  
I am not sure if it is an issue on the blocks  
I think is not needed to use a timer since you can add the set angle block inside the Magnetometer changes block.  
You could also use math blocks  
Here is an example:

I changed it from 300 to 90
