# Play Console Error - App must target Android 15 (API level 35) or higher

I got this error on the Play Console today.  
Could someone please tell me what is the required aspect of the app that has to be updated for API LEVEL 35??

Hi @varunkadapatti  
This is just a warning. It will be required to publish an update for your app, but first, our engineers will need to update the Android version.  
We have flagged it to our engineering team and will provide an update as soon as possible.

will the update towards API Level 35 be available also for apps made with “Snap in place” or just DnD?

@Michael_Rogulla I would like to let you know that we have now officially released the update to Android 15 API Level 35.

You will need to re-publish and update your app for this change to take effect.
