I can’t upgrade from Starte to PRO… do I have to wait for my initial license to expire?

why is it so… do u mean thunkable pro 25$ subscription or 48$ or something subscription  
nd if you have applied just at the moment it takes time to come…usually -2 days  
or  
if it is a transaction issue
