# Pass data between webview and the app

How to pass data between webview and the app in thunkable x…?, I know it is possible in thunkable classic, but can’t found it in thankable x.

Unfortunately, I do not know about it.

There is also the option of sharing using Firebase. To do this, see the Firebase Javascript API, and in the app use a global variable of type “cloud”.
