Something went wrong when we tried to publish your app  
Here are the details:  
There is something wrong with the iOS build/publish. Please contact customer service with the reference ID.

I have this problem with the 2 applications I am trying to publish!  
What is the solution?

@Dean_Artis I don’t understand what I need to do. I wrote to the support but there has been no answer for a week now. If anyone has encountered this problem share its solution.
