Hello @biltongconnectionapp
To send a notification to a specific user you need to use a Web API. In these API settings, you have to add these headers.

Also, you need to use the body of the Web API for adding the details of the call. Please see the screenshot.

Thank you very much for replying just to clear up in the setup of the Web\_API the first
Property is set to " content-type"
and its value is the “application/json”

and the Second one “Authorization”
and its Value is the “Rest API Key” from OneSignal Dashboard

The app\_id under the "Get property of object is “OneSignal App ID”

and the “include\_player\_ids” is the id of my second phone that i got by using the “push notification user id” BLOCK

This is all Held with in the "CALL web\_API’s Post Block "in the then do section

im getting a Error “Network request failed”

I am Realy thank full for the reply i am trying to get this working but its not playing along as soon as i have this working 100 % i will vreat a full Guide with all the credit going to you so other noobs like me can get things working

Hello @superqueing5v53
Thank you for sharing more information and screenshots.
Some things you need to change in your blocks:

1. move the set API blocks outside, above the call block
2. Set the “app\_id” directly with the text from Onesignal.
3. Set the “include\_player\_ids” as a list and then connect the push notification user id”
Here is an example:
