# Old version of browser

Why is it that I so often get this message. I make the hard refresh all the time.

i was have this message too  
you need to clear the browser cache and it will working fine

i think so … i have to clear the browser cache every 2 weeks to remove this message

Whenever Thunkable team updates the web version of their development platform this message will come up for users to refresh and benefit from the updates.

In chrome, just press **Ctrl+Shift+R** together.
