# Multi page survey form issues with Airtable (column names changed does not update in platform?)

Tried to follow this tutorial:

Maybe it is from 2019 hence out of date but would like a multi page survey with Airtable

1. still showing old Name, Notes instead of new column names

You just need to go to `My Data Sources` tab in the main Thunkable page and **refresh** the data connection to see the updated column names.
