# Mobile web app url failure

I have been experiencing frequent failure to load the mobile web app. Presently all my apps links cannot connect to server. Sometimes i have to use VPN. The project I shared yesterday cannot be reached: [https://thunk.app/w/dHQ7p\_XI0](https://thunk.app/w/dHQ7p_XI0)
I know it’s still in Beta. Please help fix now.

Hi @Patrick_Elisha that seems to connect fine for me? Are you only experiencing connection issues when using a VPN?

Did you do anything on your side? It’s OK now. I use VPN only when it cannot connect to server. Many of my users don’t have access to VPN. No use to use VPN.
I pray it remains stable now.
