When this screen open, the apperance look like image 1. But when the image was press, the row (black color with transperancy) and the status bar is not visible (image 2). But when the image press again, the row and the status bar is visible (image 1). So, every time I press the image the row will visible or not visible. (The blue color is an image)

Each screen has its own settings regarding the ststus bar. So for example, you can have a screen with a status bar and then another screen without a status bar. You can enable and disable the status bar via each screen’s settings. So, could it be that you have disabled the starus bar for the second screen or that you have set its color to white and its theme to ‘light-content’?
