# Make Comment Available Even when Blocks are collapsed

I noticed that there is an add comment window to blocks. The “?” is visible when there is a comment available. Great feature!!! I am wondering if it is possible to have the “?” comment icon be still available even when the block is collapsed. When you collapse the block the comment “?” icon is no longer visible. Thanks.
