# Lottie files doesn't work

Hello. Is there a specific requirement for a Lottie json file to work? Why does some Lottie files work and some do not? I have 3 Lottie files that work but my main brand logo Lottie file animation doesn’t work. Please help.

I know there are two “types” of Lottie files @maptheunknown, and there was an issue with the newer type - but to the best of my knowledge this was resolved a while ago.

Yes. It’s a custom animation created by a certified Lottie developer. We were able to fix it now by uploading the json files first to the Lottie website and when I download it from there then it works on the app.
