# Lotti animation are they cached or put in the device's memory?

Hi I’m working on an app where I am using a lot of lotti animations from screen to screen in the app.

I’m noticing on my ipad 2014 with 2mb of ram that performance has taken a dump in the thunkable preview app. 2 questions.

1.) Will this reflect how the app will run downloaded from the app store?  
2.) How are lotti animations handled? Do they get loaded in the device ram? The more lotti animations I display over time will that impact the app’s performance?

As far as I have experienced, I come to know that they are cached.

Is there any way to dump the cache of a lotti animation from a screen you leave? On this 2mb ram ipad performance takes a hit throughout the rest of my app.
