Hi, when my app starts in landscape all components are on the left side, both live test and apk (like if I have half screen).

 ![Screenshot_20250414-022404](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex015/uploads/thunkable/original/3X/b/b/bb9706580cc2eebcefdc14dd0ddc44d305e669ac.png)

If I update my editor (with some changes in the components) the app come back to the right view .

If I come back to the list of all projects and start with a new live test, again wrong view.
In project settings I haven’t the fild to set the orientation

Thanks

Hello @Goldking
Here is the project orientation on the project settings:

In our docs you can find more information: [https://docs.thunkable.com/settings/project-settings#default-app-layout](https://docs.thunkable.com/settings/project-settings#default-app-layout)

Yes I find it on the community but

I don’t know why. It worked good , the project is very simple, but when I installed the apk I noticed the incorrect positioning. From that moment even in live test it started to look bad as I described above

In landscape mode, does it move to the top automatically? Maybe what you want to do is select your **screen component** and centralize it somehow. This should probably make it stay in the middle, no matter the orientation.

No settings for App Layout, I tried with Microsoft Edge too .

@krish05 Hi
All the layout or container are set to **top-center** or **center-cente** r .
I’m using top for vertical because **center** move the layout to the botton .

This is my live test in companion app

I don’t normally use Snap to Place, but is there a block available that can detect your orientation? I have a plan that might work if it’s there.

I don’t know I have to verify. But this project will work with a fixed monitor and an external device (not smartphone) that run android . So it hasn’t an accelerometer

This type of thing is casually annoying, like when the buttons just bunch up when I use the keyboard (on my phone). Sorry for my late response, but you may want to _ **privately communicate** _ with Thunkable moderators and staff.
