# Issues with Account Access and Deleted Projects

Today, I logged into my Thunkable account and was prompted with the setup questions that usually appear when creating a new account. In addition, I noticed that three of my projects had been deleted.
Could it be that multiple accounts have been created under my email address? Or are projects automatically deleted after a certain period when using a free account?

Hello @laura.dilitz6f88gj
The project are not deleted after a certain period of time and there are no multiple accounts with your email address.
On May 19, we received a request from you to delete your account and we were obligated to delete the account with your email address.
Unfortunately, as we didn’t receive an email from you that you want to keep your account so we deleted it on June 13.
Unfortunately, it is too late to recover the projects.
