Is there any restriction on the part of google play, about the hybrid applications or the applications that use webview.

Hi there,

You can check out the Google Play policy [here](https://play.google.com/about/developer-content-policy/#!?modal_active=none).

An app that is just a Web Viewer might get rejected since the user can just access that web page with their mobile browser, but apps wouldn’t get rejected just for having a Web Viewer in them.
