I have an Airtable spreadsheet which I connected to a DVL through a DB.
I created a new table in Airtable and filled it in with data, but not however many time I press Sync with Source, I still don’t see that table in my table-options for linking to my DVL. Is there a limit or something that prevents the new table from showing up? I created a test table, and even that does’t show. The table that didn’t show up was the 4th in my Airtable.

Yes, I encountered this situation number of times and it’s not pleasant at all.
You need to delete the connection from the `My Data Sources` tab and link it again. This means to go through the code and reconnect the blocks and also the DVL that is bound to it.

Oh, that’s bad. I managed to get the table by reloading the page several times, but adding new tables was inconsistent.
