# iOS Appstore app auto updates

Hi
I have a app published in iOS Appstore…is there a way to auto update or force the user to update the application in order to use it?
In some iOS app there is an auto update function or when executing i get a message asking me to update…

If anyone faced the same situation…i hardcoded the version of the app in a variable in the initiall screen and I have the current version number in a Airtable cell.
First thing i check when initiallating the app is that the hardcoded value is the same than the airtable value…if not, i ask to update the app
