# \[In Progress\] Data Source Google Sheets down?

Even I am getting the same issue. I have removed Thunkable permissions from Google, Cleared all cache from all the browsers I am using (Chrome, Edge, Firefox). Then I completed re-auth. But still I am unable to connect Data Source to Google Sheets.

Appreciate help here.

Hey guys,

I have had the same problem “GraphQL error” can someone help @domhnallohanlon any advice on how we can go around this? Is this something Thunkable is fixing or are we doing something wrong.

I did a few more tests and the result puzzled me. I used two google accounts to log in to thunkable. One is a PRO account in thunkable and the other is a regular one. The ordinary one managed to connect to Google Sheet, but the PRO account did not. I use the same browser, and both google accounts have the same permissions. Isn’t this another bug in the thunkable system. Support pay little attention to your users!
