# In App Purchase is not working

Hi friends,

I’m having problems with my `In App Purchase.`

So when I try call my `In App Purchase` Get Products Info, it simply just doesn’t work. So in then do section, I’ve used the `if this do that block`. I’ve checked if there was an error and this was what is showed.

Have you published the app? IAP has to be published to Testflight/internal testing to test.

This error comes if you try to use the app from the Thunkable Live. You need to publish the app to the store first.

I was using the Web Preview.

IAP has to be published to App store (Test flight) or Play store (Internal testing) to test.
