# I'm very disappointed with Thunkable

I’m very disappointed with Thunkable. I switched to the FREE version and my app stopped working. It’s truly unfortunate. I don’t even know what to say…

Yes, when I launch the Portal da Web app, this screen appears, I click the cross to delete it, and then I enter my app, but this warning screen shouldn’t appear.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. This is expected.  
If your subscription expires, any published apps will become unavailable to your end users.

The app is practically unusable; it’s best to uninstall it. Consider this a warning to anyone thinking of creating apps on this platform: you stop paying the monthly fee and end up without an app. 😣
