# I have a problem with IOS in iPad running iOS 12.3.1 on Wi-Fi

When uploading my application to Apple Store Connect, I have sent the following error to solve:
### Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness
We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad running iOS 12.3.1 on Wi-Fi.
Specifically, no content loaded when we tapped on the following categories in the menu bar:
- VIP list
- Restaurants
- Packs
- Tickets
I need to resolve this issue, since in other devices it works but in Ipad iOS 12.3.1, it can be a compilation problem of Thunkable application.
How can I solve this problem in order to upload my application to Apple Store Connect?
