# I find this very annoying, I need help

I just find it annoying that when I try to scroll down the options and I scroll down the whole thing, (like, literally the whole webpage.)It’s SO damm annoying. And after that I have to wait for 1 sec to have it settled down before scrolling down again. Pls help me. I on IPad 10th gen 10.9 inch
