# I can't use thunkable X

I signed in the thunkable X beta, but I couldn’t recieve any message or use thunkable X. My account is [m.park2526@gmail.com](mailto:m.park2526@gmail.com). is there any problem in my account?

This problem was solved easily by thunkable X topic’s one solution.
