# I cant find the sprite menu

I can’t figure out where the sprite menu is. I tried searching for it in the components menu I’m not sure if that’s on the right track? Thanks in advance

Hi @cstavrakis25eg2r, welcome to the Community.

# Locate the sprite menu:

### First you want to drop in the [canvas](https://docs.thunkable.com/canvas) component. You will not be able to use sprites without using this component.

### Now you should have the option to add sprites:
