Hi again @jackmanjlskmv1xe,

I fully appreciate how frustrating it can be when things don’t work the way you expect them to in your project. That being said, I’d like to draw your attention to our #Learn About the Thunkable Community and in particular [How to ask Great Questions](http://community.thunkable.com/t/how-to-ask-great-questions/1286) as I feel that the advice in this guideline will dramatically improve your chances to getting answers to your questions.

In your previous posts you mentioned:

> I pointed him (Domhnall) to 2 topics that I have in the Discuss(Cross Platform).

Just FYI you can actually post the links to these posts directly in your message. This will definitely help with getting timely and relevant feedback.

Simply click on the 🔗 button at the bottom of each post to get your sharing link.

So the posts you were referring to were:

Any suggestions will be appreciated. BACKGROUND: I’m trying to convert my AI2 app to ThX. The AI2 app has been up and running but I’m trying to get the ThX scan to display the Device Names…this has been a quest and consumed a lot of time with minimal success. I’m getting to the point that I’m starting to think if i…

Having taken a closer look at your post, I’m now not entirely sure what motivated you to write this:

> The Discuss (Cross Platform) also was not helpful…it’s tough to get a response, lots of views but no responses.

It seems that Jared responded to your first post in just over 2 hours and I responded to your third post in 45 minutes?

Finally, just to go back to my original questions:

> Would love to know how we can improve here. Completely agree that docs are super important and happy to take on feedback here.

Your feedback is important to make the platform better for everyone.

Thanks!
