# How to save data and get value from firebase or realtime database using free version

Is this the right way to save and get data from firebase in Thunkable? (Free version)

1. After getting the value, how to display it on my screen and I am assuming I am writing it correctly.  
Please Help! I’m a fresh student learning Thunkable.

In the Then Do section of the Get block, set a label’s text to the green Value block.
