# How to get 2nd and 3rd letter from a name

i have a name in a text box1 = ORANGE ,  
now in text box 2 = i want to get 2nd and 3rd letter from the text box 1  
result to get in text box 2

Hi @androidswetha_90 and welcome to the community. use the `in text get letter # 1` block and enter 2 and a `join` block to join the second value
