Slow going for me after trying hard, and I need some guidance please.

App: Thought for the Day

Airtable spreadsheet has columns:  
Number, Lesson, Category, Author

Re: Blocks shown  
How to capture a random number and use it for the other blocks?

Thanks for any help that you can provide.
