How can we create a system where a vendor receives a consumer complaint or payment by SMS on their phone? In Thunkable. i am trying this but not able to do so.

Just to clarify, are you trying to automatically get the code sent via SMS and present it in the app?  
Without the user needing to copy-paste it?
