# How can I make timer stop at 0

I made a button named ad1 when i click on that timer starts from 10 seconds but it is going continuously. How can I stop that timer at 0 and also how can I make that button named ad1 disable till the time finishes…and when i reopen the application it restarts the timer even if timer is in motion. Please help me with this.
