# Help with webviewer advanced properties

Trying to implement [agora.io](http://agora.io) video call SDK. It works fine on my server: [https://contritrack.com/fan](https://contritrack.com/fan) but I have issues connecting with webviewer in my app. I will like to run it within my app but it does not work. I tried all possible settings in webviewer advanced properties to no avail.
Can someone help me out please?

I’m not familiar with this API, but just wondering - if it works on your website, is that the page that you’re trying to load in the webviewer?

It works fine on my website. Please try the link to see it. But if i set the url of my app’s webviewer to [https://contritrack.com/fan](https://contritrack.com/fan), it loads the html page but the video/audio does not work. Just wondering if appropriate setting on the advanced properties tab will do any magic. I would have used open link block as alternative if it can open new window as target.
