# Help with previewing on thunkable live

The thunkable live app does not play the app on the mobile. The screen goes white.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I already uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but it didn’t work.

Are you using Android or iOS @xluanareisxf ?

Is this affecting all your apps or just a single project?
What about web preview or installing your app? Do either of those work?

v.280 on Android 10 works just fine

I have not had this issue. I am on iOS with version 280.

What happens When installing the app?
It may be your Blocks causing this.

When the screen goes white, does an error message appear? What happens if you create a new screen in the project, move it to the top so that it’s the first scree, add a label and Live Test? Do you see the word “Label” or just a white screen?

the screen just goes white. No error message appears.
Stirring a little I could see the message that some components used are not supported.
But the only things beyond are the photos.
I downloaded the app as apk and it doesn’t open. It’s blank too.
But when I view it online everything works.
Please, help me.
