# Help with filtering data

Hello everyone.  
I will try to explain as well as possible. I am developing an app based on places represented on a map.  
As there are 1700 places, I have created a series of filters.  
First, you select a region(1), then a category of accommodation (1 to 4) and then the type of service required (1 to 20).  
The search is done according to the following block:

The block searches in each item j, in the specified column, for the matching word in the variable.  
As it is, it works but it is very slow, it takes me minutes to do the search.  
I am convinced that there is a better way to do this but I don’t know how to do it.  
The database is brought from firebase and stored locally.  
I welcome suggestions.

It would be better to provide a link to the project or create a project that demonstrate the issue and share the link. The image is not clear and trying to recreate it in difficult.
