# Hello,  why can't I select the "web app responsive" feature. it is disabled for me. can someone please help me

Please provide Thunkable staff with proof you have an active Business Plan or Team Plan subscription and they will look into this matter for you.

If you mouse over the ribbon symbol next to it, it will inform you that you have to upgrade to use that feature.

I’m surprised that’s not a Pro feature (I thought it used to be but maybe not). You can see the feature comparison here:
