You have an error:

 ![Screenshot 2023-05-18 at 8.07.45 AM](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex015/uploads/thunkable/original/3X/b/1/b149670426fa7e9fcc51d36deee03271f448e7ef.png)

Errors will often stop code from working. So you need to fix that first. Try this:

1. Click on Date\_Input1 in the “when” block’s drop-down menu and re-select it. You may need to also click on Date Picked again.
2. If that doesn’t fix the error, click on Date\_Input1 under “UI components” in the left side bar and drag a new “when Date\_Input1 Date Picked” block onto the screen. Delete the existing one and re-connect your blocks.

I’m not sure why you got an error. Did you delete and then create the Date Picker component again on the Design tab?
