Hey, I didn’t find responses in the topics, so I 'm asking directly, maybe it’s already asked by someone.
Is it possible to take HeartRate Data, Or sleep Data from a smart watch in direct ? to use it in the thunkable app ? I’m thinking of mi band for example, but any other is fine too.
Let me know if you can explain to me how to do it !

One way that you can access that is by using the web API component.
You will need to find an API that can access the data of the watch.
