[Free] GPS/WSG84 to Gauss-Krueger converter

This little extension converts GPS/WSG84 coordinates (decimal) into the
Gauss-Krueger coordinate system.
This extension uses the navigation conversion class from @Christian Pesch RouteConverter with friendly permission from the author.
