how to fix it…?
Does this happen when you live test or when you compile your apk?
yes it happens also when live test and after compiling the apk @clement_pignet
No one in thunkable to help !!!
too sad that such a big platform has no support team
I really need to fix this because of it my app is waiting to be published
please someone help me out with this…
@thunkable @Domhnall @amrita @wei
It’s possible that this is an android system bug. Just based on the fact that the buttons fix themselves after you cycle the screen on and off.
how to fix it then please…
If it’s an Android system bug then you most likely don’t. You wait for Google to hopefully release a patch and then hopefully everyone else does as well.
then any other alternative for it like i need overlay buttons for menu
or if i can use layout componet as overlay on screen
Something like this
The problem with that idea there is that it is made using code. Thunkable is a very basic and limited platform. Don’t get me wrong you can build some amazing and nice looking apps on it but if you want full control and easier troubleshooting then learning Java is the way to go.
any other idea for options menu ??
Maybe this will work for you.
i have already used it in my app i need secondary menu
any extension for drop down menu
May be this
a complete list of all Extension’s https://puravidaapps.com/extensions.php
The Thunkable FAB has several problems/bugs that still are not fixed… Seems like this might just be another one
it would be better if i can have a free extension !!!
Unfortunately, there is not much in this world that is completely free but If you can make a simple aia with the issue then we can try to troubleshoot for you…
I got the issue
It is because i was using the sidebar extension so we cant use the extension if we are using FAB.
now everything is working fine.
Thanks for the support n help guys
